NAME: Ren Rages-Against-The-Odds (Her human name or 'kin name' is Wren O'Neill)
CANON: Werewolf the Apocalypse Tabletop (OC)

AGE: 18
HISTORY:
- Born to a Kinfolk mother and Garou father in 2002
- Relatively normal childhood other than some mild aggression and bullying issues. Mum enrolled her in martial arts classes to try and temper the worst of it.
- Has two younger siblings, Robin and Lark.
- 2019, she undergoes her First Change. Luckily her Aunt was nearby and able to pull her away to safety before she was able to seriously hurt any of her family.
- She then goes into a year long training and upskilling in Garou society, being fostered by her Aunt who is responsible for teaching her how to be a werewolf. Passes her Rite of Initiation and becomes a Cliath.
- Shortly after, a Sept out in Colorado USA asks for young Garou to help them to bolster their numbers. Ren goes with the ideal in her head that this is how she makes a name for herself.
- Is introduced to the rest of her new pack and they get sent out on a few basic missions. During an investigation at a farm, Ren is mortally wounded and rages to prevent herself from dying. Ends up gaining the deed name 'Rages-Against-The-Odds' after she jumps between two groups of enemies to prevent them from escaping.
- She is setting herself up to be the pack alpha with shows of dominance and tying to show herself to be a capable and strong leader.
PAST GAME MEMORIES: N/a
PERSONALITY: The thing that gets Ren out of bed in the morning is the desire to be a Hero. She firmly believes that she was born into the heritage she was in order to be one of the Garou who helps to prevent the apocalypse. Her father, aunt and grandfather are also Garou. She is the third generation of werewolf in her family and three is an auspicious number to Fianna (Her Tribe). Ren firmly believes that she is meant for great things and that she will in some way have a part in preventing the Apocalypse.
She is by nature a bully. Because Ren isn't very intelligent she expresses herself physically and usually this is in the most brutish way possible. She has been taught from that to be strong is the only way for her to survive and serve Gaia well. Her physical might is her number one attribute and she falls back onto it like a crutch when she is unsure of what is happening. Punch first, ask questions later. What to her seems totally natural - like keeping Metis in their places - seems utterly brutish to humans.
She isn't entirely unpleasant though. She has some very protective instincts and will actively put herself in the way of danger to protect others from her pack or other Garou. This is the burden she expects to hold as an Ahroun.
POWERS/ABILITIES:
-Garou / Ahroun
Ren is a werewolf and has a foot in either of the worlds. Her auspice is Ahroun which makes her a warrior. What this means in practical terms is that she is in rude health and stronger than your average eighteen year old girl. The downside is that if she gets overly emotional or spooked there's a good chance she'll fly into a rage and not be able to control herself.
She is essentially a furry chainsaw of death.

Ren can switch between five handy forms
Homid (A normal human but better!)
Glabro (Wolfgirl)
Crinos (A literal murder machine werewolf)
Hispo (A direwolf)
Lupus (A normal wolf but better!)
-Razor Claws
While in any form with claws, she can sharpen them on a rock to make them hurt more when she attacks someone.
-City Running
Ren can walk vertically as easily as she can horizontally.
-Hares Leap
Ren can jump twice as far as a normal Garou when she activates this gift.
- Side Step
Ren has the ability to 'side step' into another plane of existence called the Umbra. It is where the spirits live and she can travel through it with no distractions. It requires a mirrored surface and time to concentrate on going to the other side.

ANYTHING ELSE? Humans will naturally feel exceptionally uneasy around Ren thanks to her 6 points of rage. Like sitting next to a powder keg while holding a match. It's less a point of when she'll explode rather than if.

New Canon Point: Session 19v(Pre-Tunnel Mission)
Important events that transpired between the two points: Ren was made alpha of her pack, learnt to drive and learnt that apparently people don't get to chose who they're born to or how they're born. She also finally gained a pack totem - Coyote (He's called Chico and he's cool as hell).
She went to Beltane, spent time with the pack, prevented two of them from going to jail and started investigating some missing children around Denver.
How these events affected the characters personality? Ren's taken on a position of authority within her pack and is taking it very seriously. She's starting to question the tribal beliefs that Fianna have about the metis and is growing more empathetic. In general, she's still very ambitious but her ambitions are changing more to making the pack the best it can be than making herself the best werewolf ever.
She's starting to mature and realise that being alpha means she has to make the hard decisions even when she doesn't want to.
Will this canon update have a great impact on their life in Ainmhian?: She's still a dumbass so she'll be much the same, but she won't be as needlessly unkind to people and more willing to listen and take advice from people without kicking off.
